Guest Suite Requests
5 Night maximum (requests exceeding will need to go to senior management)
Full Payment of guest suite must be received before keys are given to guest or resident
Check-in time for arriving guest begins at 3:00pm
Check-out time for departing guests is no later than 12:00pm (noon)
Cancellation must be made by 3:00pm, 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation charge of $195.00
This is only a request. A member of management will contact you to confirm the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, resident must place a $150.00 deposit for the guest suite.
Prohibited breeds are: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrids, German Shephard, Doberman Pinscher, St. Bernard, Dalmatian, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chao Chao, Staffordshire Terrier, or any dog containing a mix of any of these breeds.
Weight Limit: There is a 100 pound combined maximum weight limit.
Non-refundable Pet Deposit: There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet.
Monthly Pet Fee: A $40 monthly per fee is due for each pet.
Maximum number of dogs or cats: Maximum of two (2). Either 2 dogs, 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat.
The pets must be registered, licensed and immunized in accordance with local laws and requirements, and you must provide proof of these items.
